1. Service
TurboFax provides vehicle history and valuation tools for authorized automotive dealers and their staff. Access is granted by account review. Features, limits, and pricing may change with notice on the site or by email.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use TurboFax only for lawful dealer business purposes. You must not:
- Share login credentials or API keys outside your organization
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute report data except as permitted by your plan
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, or third-party provider terms
- Use the service in any way that violates CARFAX, Manheim, or other data-provider agreements
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your password confidential. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain unpaid.
4. Data & reports
Vehicle reports are sourced from third parties. TurboFax does not guarantee completeness or accuracy. Reports are provided “as is” for your internal business decisions. You remain responsible for compliance with applicable laws and provider terms when using or sharing report content.
5. Payment
Paid plans, when offered, are billed according to the plan selected at signup or upgrade. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
6. Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, captcha blocks, or session issues may temporarily affect lookups.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurboFax and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on report data.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the site or your account email.
